Nestled in the greenery of oil palm plantations and durian orchards, this park is a must go for those looking for a relaxing getaway amongst nature.

Upon entering the park, you can soak up the beautiful scenery of the park along the Boardwalk, which runs above a stream bearing the water from the hot spring. The water along the stream is 100oC so please don’t attempt to touch, unless you want to get scalded. Along the Boardwalk, are also natural saunas in which people can just sit there and enjoy the steam rising. Clothes are still a requirement at these natural saunas.

35 to 40 oC. Water from the hot springs is first filtered (by natural means) and then distributed into various pools in the park. These pools are free for all to soak in. The water also has minimal sulphur content, making it safe to soak in. Although one should always remember to keep a bottle of water handy for rehydrating the body every 30 minutes. The cool mountain water area has a large pool in which the water in fresh water from the mountains. Therefore, after a therapeutic soak in the hot pool, one may jump into the other pool to cool off.

The water from the hot springs is said to have therapeutic healing effects for illnesses such as rheumatism, arthritis, insomnia and respiratory difficulties, so there’s nothing to lose when you go there.

Another unique feature of this hot spring park is its egg boiling station. You can actually purchase the eggs and have them boiled in the area which is 100oC hot. The park attendees would be the ones who do the actual boiling of the eggs as it is quiet dangerous for those who are not used to the heat. You can request for half-boiled or fully-boiled and enjoy these eggs in the park. They are rather yummy! But always remember to dispose of all trash in the many rubbish bins provided.

These massages are tailor made to suit any body type for an Ayurvedic doctor will check each customer first before specializing a treatment for him/her. These specialized massages range from head, shoulder and feet massages, to full body massages. With prices ranging from RM45 for the basic massages, to RM140 for the special Ayurveda signature treatment; which is the pouring of warm medicated oil on the midpoint of the forehead, followed by a full body massage; massaging all those aches and pains really is quite a steal.

The massages are no doubt relaxing and therapeutic; accompanied by smells of calming aromatherapy scents in the massage rooms. The professional masseuse knows exactly which muscles to tackle, depending on each individual. After the massage, a bath/ shower/wash is required, depending on the massage given.

For those who wish for a more holistic experience and wish to spend the night or a few days here, there are exquisite villas right in the park. The villas range from 1 to 2 bedroom
